Challenge:
As the leader of many initiatives in the entertainment and faith sectors, Bishop Jakes found that his constituents were finding it difficult to locate the resources they were seeking on his sites.
Many sought to engage with the Bishop one-on-one to gain a deeper understanding of how God’s message applied to their lives. Others wanted to discover more about his insights and explore his concepts in greater detail. More still were looking to find information about his new books and movies.
Bishop Jakes strove to create an interactive experience throughout all of his online messages. He aimed to incorporate social networking, blogging, and video into his sites for viral promotion.
Solution:
Strategic direction was provided to determine the paths each user would take depending on their end goal. Ultimately, a unified landing page was created, showcasing the various sites hosted by the Bishop.
