Stephen’s focus is to craft usable, enjoyable and meaningful online experiences. He seeks to understand the audience and user needs first, then craft a solution that exceeds expectations. At is7, Stephen works to see that visual design, information architecture, content and technology all work together seamlessly to enable the optimal user experience. He also helps clients create effective online strategies, concepts and optimization methods.
Since 1995 Stephen has worked hands-on in all aspects of web design, development and strategy. He has worked with numerous small businesses and non-profits, at internet start-ups, at corporations such as Sabre and Verizon, and at agencies with clients such as SUPERVALU, HP, Bank of America, Best Buy and others. For the last several years, he has been leading cross-discipline web teams with a focus on holistic user experience and design.
Stephen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts. He also speaks at industry events on topics such as user experience, design, online strategy, and usability.
